For those who plan to use this primarily with an external mouse, this is a decent buy but for me, I plan to use the included trackpad most often and prefer those included with the surface line.

I have had hardware problems, where the computer just shuts off and won’t restart. This is very intermittent and tech support can’t find the problem. In a month plus of use, it has happened 3 times.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every time I open the laptop I have to use a pin because the facial recognition almost never works, even though I’ve gone through the setup and “improved” facial recognition about 5 times now, I’m ready to disable those security features because they are like handcuffs with a lost key
