I love this computer except for the weight of it (too heavy) and both rubber strippings on the bottom came off in the first month of owning this computer. The picture quality is amazing and I love the touch feature as well as the tablet feature.

Laptop with flexible tablet option. Quick processing speed and touchscreen. Touch mouse pad is finicky but overall happy with purchase. Great support on setup guidance & recommendations of great accessory options provided by best buy team.

I wanted a touch screen laptop with a full keyboard, decent graphics and the ability to fold it like a tablet. I was able to find everything I wanted in this after a pretty exhaustive search.

Got a lemon at first that made a lot of noise. Talked with the employees and they encouraged me to give it a second chance and I did. Have not had any issues. Light weight, and touch screen

I've used pretty assy laptops this ain't one of them it's also not the best so you should grab it if it's on sale or open box also it's not a gaming laptop so dont look forward to playing much unless its minecraft or lower GPU games

Works great so far. Bought for my daughter to use for her school work. She uses it all the time. Her favorite aspects are the screens ability to fold back and that it is touch screen.

I bought this PC in the open box section and saved myself about $500. The AMD Ryzen 5 does not disappoint! The facial recognition is amazing. This PC is totally worth the price!

Very fast!! Has bogged down when i use games on face book. But once i do a clean it returns to normal. Other than that it has been a very good computer. User friendly. I would recommend this computer.

So far so good without any problems. Camera works good for Skype, not so good for Windows Hello to login ... will need to see about setting it up again and see if can make it work. Display is very nice and touch screen works great.

Bought this as upgrade to an old Dell I was having issues with. Price just below 6, it's been more than I expected so far. Screen is perfect. Battery seems to get used more quickly than expected. But still very pleased.

I bought this laptop for VMware, and I also tryed davinci resolve on this laptop. And so far this laptop can candle both with no problem, however, the laptop does produce alit if heat. So you have to put a laptop cooler

This laptop is great for school work. I love the tablet feature as well which makes it easier walking across campus. The speed is great, easy to use and all around a great computer.

I like the sleek look and the touchscreen. It's often used by kids because there are certain games that "only work on a laptop," so I appreciate that the touch screen is still working.

While I'm continuing to experiment with the different things that can be done with this system (ex tablet mode, windows ink) I am happy with its overall performance so far.

Great laptop. Works better than I expected. Only issue is screen cracks pretty easy. May not be best if you travel a lot.

This has been a great PC for handling office suite, internet and other applications. I larger storage drive might be nice, but easily remedied with an external.

Purchased this for home and business use. Just a really exceptional feel when using it. Lightweight and the keyboard so smooth to use. Lighting is perfect.
