    This laptop is really a great deal. The AMD Ryzen series of processors allows similar (if not better) performance in many tasks for a lower price point. However, the lack of driver and support has killed this laptop. When we purchased, the wifi would constantly drop in and out, the computer would sometimes not start (or would start with a blank monitor), and would randomly crash and reboot. There are many forum reports about these issues with the drivers, as AMD did not release official drivers but relied on the manufacturers (DELL, HP, etc.) to customize and push to users. This takes time and resulted in a slow release of fixes. Was not willing to wait for it to "hopefully" be fixed in the future. A laptop with great potential, just not usable. AMD has recently said they will start supporting the mobile Ryzen family better, but i cannot confirm if the problems have been fixed as we returned this laptop within a week of owning it.
