I haven’t had the laptop for more than 2 months and I ran into WiFi troubles. The WiFi adapter is horrible on this laptop I had to send in the laptop for repair to HP because it’s to late to return this laptop. Waiting for the laptop to finish being repaired currently

I am enjoying using my new computer. Much faster and so much smaller. Takes up much less space.

This thing has been more frustrating than I anticipated. You drop good money on a laptop and get this. In hindsight I should have gotten something for $300-$400. The wireless adapter on this needs to be reset every 20-30 mins. I have done all the updates and tried updating the drivers. No success. I use it as a work computer and it really affects my productivity (and sanity). Going to take this back to Best Buy to see if they can fix/replace. Will update if problem is resolved.

Issues with WiFi card. I’ve replaced this computer twice at Best Buy within 15 day exchange policy. Now I have to send it in for repair. I have only had the computer for about 3 months. These issues arouse way before that time but I haven’t gotten the chance to send it in because I cannot he without a computer for over a month. Not to mention the rubber things on the bottom are coming off.

This laptop had problems right out of the box. The track pad was uneven to begin with, but it did not effect the use of it. Then I had to update it so much, because it was not caught up. Then the wifi problems started, it would disconnect me for up to five minutes. I am a busy college student and this was not acceptable. I returned it and paid $160 more for a Lenovo yoga 730

Love this laptop. Recently lost mine in a fire and purchased another as replacement!

Working great for a couple of days, bit I wouldn't mind a bit more punch. Wait, I can't even add a stick of RAM? Might be alright for some folks, but not for me. Luckily, Best Buy's exchange process was completely painless, and I easily upgraded to something more upgrade-able. The way it folds, forcing you to sit it on its keyboard to draw on it in tablet mode, and the lack of upgrade capability made this a poor fit for my needs.

Nice unit I really like the tablet feature there is nothing that needs fixing.
