I rarely use this lap top (maybe once every couple weeks) I’ve had it for 4 months and brought it in to be repaired twice already. This is the worst purchase I have made from Best Buy. It constantly runs hot and disconnects from the WiFi, screen turns black. I can’t even do basic functions on this lap top such as search the internet or shop on line. It’s currently being repaired again at geek squad (I am writing this review from my cell phone) I have purchased multiple electronics from Best Buy such as lap tops, tablets, tv’s etc and this is the only item that I’m regretting. It looks nice, if only it worked as nice as it looks.

Like the size and such but the laptop gets way to hot

It's an okay laptop for the price but I don't have a good experience with this one. After few weeks good CMOS 502 error and could not restore or fix the issue. Sent to HP support and they said the repair will be delayed. They offered replacement or eGift card. I preferred eGift card to buy a different HP laptop.

Pros weight and size Cons battery and memory size

I’m not ecstatic about the purchase and probably could have saved a few hundred on a less expensive computer and been fine. No hdmi port is a problem. Decent processor. Bought it a month ago, two times it has just frozen up and shut down on me without saving my work. Flex/touch screen is cool, but not a necessity.

great size without making you go blind trying to see the screen. very powerful and fast. Great capability and storage tied to a Passport 1T remote hard drive. Still learning the many capabilities it has.

This laptop is one of the best bang for buck tech that you will buy here!

sthere are unexpected menu boxes show up in this version of windows and that is annoying. the most annoying is that the click from touch pad fails to initiate anything sometimes and that is especially annoying when playing a timed game...using the window icon/G doesn't seem to improve the situation either.

I just bought it for just a month and the laptop just randomly disconnects the wifi. At first it can hold for about 5 minutes. Later it cannot even hold for 10 seconds. Furthermore, I am a students and I do not play video games, I just type and read academic article on the internet, however I got blue dead screen many times during my first month. Now I have send it to repair center and they sent me a message to tell me that it gonna take up to 10 days. How can a working person/student work without a personal lap top for 7 days, and now it is 10?

No issues, great for casual and personal use. Fast startup, easy setup.

To me it is not cracked up as great as the salesman had put it to be.

This is one of the best laptops of AMD’s that she could ever have plus is included with (HP) so it makes it even better I recommend this to anybody small easy simple does not overheat.

I love how sleek and thin it is. The touch screen is amazing and it goes into tablet mode easily. Light up keyboard is awesome. I use it for work and school and it's perfect for everything I need.

This laptop is great for general computing and for students.

I enjoy it for everyday browsing. Not excellent for power using.

The laptop is nice, but the battery life is a little short.

Works well for what we use it for. Mainly just the internet.

Love my laptop. It responds quickly, has great features, and I've experienced no technical problems. Can't complain.
