When I received my HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Touch-Screen laptop 2 years ago, I was pleased by its sleek and convenient design, and my reaction remains the same upon turning on the device and trying out the various programs. Within the same night, however, I witness a troubling issue: the laptop never turns on when in Sleep mode. I checked to see if this is a recurring problem by troubleshooting this a few times, and I was annoyed to find out that I was right. While this doesn't happen all the time, its chances of occurring are about 70%, and it still undergoes this issue. Additionally, there's a worst issue, where the laptop would turn off for no reason, and this would happen usually when I stay up overnight writing an essay. It's a provocative issue that has no signs of ceasing. I went to the Geek Squad at my local Best Buy to see if they can handle these issues, and after three visits, they still cannot solve them. I decided to keep the laptop as is, seeing as they only occur when in Sleep mode. I tweaked the software settings to try and divert from the hassles of lost progress. Another minor problem is that rubber supports on the bottom of the laptop have fallen off within the first year, due to the poor gluing. I tried to restore this issue myself, but, after many tries, they can't stay on. Now, the laptop has exposure to dust, dirt, and other debris on the bottom. Overall, the laptop itself is nice; the response is fluid and fast, the graphics are crisp, and the additional features like the LED keyboard and 2-in-1 laptop and tablet capabilities are helpful. I just wish there was more attention to some of the portable PC's hardware and software to make the experience less stressful.

The HP Envy 360 is a great laptop for anyone to own. It has plenty of power, space, and the touch screen is just another great quality. The perfect laptop for college students.
