This laptop is faster and more efficient than expected. I have had no problem installing my accounting software or tax software for my business. Gaming is fun as well

At $700, this computer is pretty reasonably priced for what you get. It's nothing spectacular, but it'll get the job done.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned. If you have been looking for touch screen laptops similar to the surface, look no further. This laptop in my opinion is better.

Do not run this pc for more than 4 hours at a time, or it will get super loud and hot. Fits the bill for the cost. For me this is a downgrade b/c I own a Envy Touch Smart and an Omen, which are built for gaming, and built strong. For a work pc, this is a thumbs down. For a student, or a mild gamer two thumbs up

As others have said, after letting it do all the updates and removing the bloatware (especially the anti-virus), it runs well. It's not as fast as a powerful desktop with it's 8 gigs of ram, but OK. What I really like is the display, the lighted keyboard, and the slim size. I'm using the .img file supplied by an earlier reviewer which gives it natural colors. I paid $500: if I paid full bore I may not be as pleased. I replaced an 11 year old Vista laptop with 3 gigs and 2 processors, so that's my laptop comparison. But I do have a screaming desktop, and this isn't far behind.

The touch screen and fast processing makes this an awesome choice for a student doing lots of research and reports.

This is a great product especially for the price that has. It's 2 in 1 and touchscreen help me work in different areas and different environments as need be.

Is perfect for work and office a laptop and tablet and with the touch screen is the best tools for any need.

I bought this open boxed and it was so worth it, saved 300 dollars and got a wonderful computer, no issues so far and it can turn into a tablet.

This was my second HP, both had to have the OP system reinstalled before they would load correctly. After reinstalling the laptop worked great.

I have used HP Envy laptop for almost 6 years. This new envy laptop is slim, solid, fast and quiet. Perfect for normal daily work and web surfing.

The computer kept shutting off and wouldn't turn on when we first got it. Best Buy had to give us a new one. But the 2nd one is working fine.

This laptop is a great deal for the price. I got it to use for college and it works great and looks nice.

The beginning is the HP -envy x360, 2n1 laptop, and followed by numerous devices, such as: 1. Huawei, honor 6, 4glte, with 32GB cellphone, 2. Samsung Galaxy tab. 9.7 " 32GB, 3. Apple IPAD with wifi , 32GB (gold), 4. Webroot internet security + anti-virus, are products coming you(Best Buy). To all of the products I mentioned, gave me NO headache at all but excellent, Coupled with the untiring support of your Geek Squad, when called always on my side. That's it Best Buy and thanks for all the items I bought.

After returning the 17.3 screen with the slow processor. I finally found an awesome, fast and quiet laptop. I gave it three stars because after the update the screen started to disconfigure and the screen went black. THANK GOODNESS for the GEEK SQUAD! Took it back to Best Buy and it's working like new again. Hope this doesn't happen again after another update. But we will see. Other than that mishap it's an awesome laptop.

Comfortable keyboard, easy set up, lightweight, easily transitions from laptop to tablet.

This model of HP has tenancy to have OS crash as mine did. Started getting black screen after sign in. They (whoever they are) say that its a incompatibility with Windows and the HP software. Geek squad is useless unless you buy a protection plan (sounds like the Mafia). So far the only things they can fix are those that most other geeks can fix. For example the Toshiba laptop I purchased 7 years ago finally gave up and HD crashed. Geek squad could not recover the HD, had to send it off to a real computer guy to get my info back. I guess I thought I could get service at BB but unless you are willing to prepay for it, forget it. They would not repair it even though I offered to pay for it??. They want to work that way, fine I'll recommend using online source b/c one gets the same service regardless. HP was very helpful by the way and my computer is up and running no thanks to the vendor Best Buy.l

This computer isn't anything super special, but it works great and is pretty well-priced.

This is a great laptop for the money. Don’t expect some monstrosity of a PC, but it runs smooth and has no issues multitasking.
