We have only owned it for a few weeks and it is already acting up. It takes longer to boot up than when we first bought it.

This is one of the best AMD laptops on the market, but lots of junk apps make it slow, so I had to remove all the junk apps and it's faster and battery life improved.

I've encountered some issues that are mine an my environment like position of modem relative to where I like to work which makes internet access slow or inactive.

Not being a fan of laptops and not being very tech savy, I am comfortable with this technology. My bear paws will take some getting used to the small keyboard .

I have been using HP as long as I have had a home computer. I started in 1992. I can't say for sure that was an HP but I started using HP printers as soon as I could I was proud to use a product made in Idaho

I've used this for work everyday for a year and a half and it has been dependable. Functions well as a laptop or in tablet mode.

This laptop is the perfect size. It is compact and lightweight; so easy to transport. I use it while traveling and at home. I'm a satisfied customer.

As a beginner, I commit an error that cause a problem destroying my account. Now, facebook requesting me to have a new number for my account to reset my password. My God, where can I get a new number?

I find this computer to be user friendly. I use it for school. It is thin. It doesn't have a CD drive but I guess that's not a built in feature anymore, so I had to buy an external CD/DVD drive.

The computer is exactly what I need for office work, but has too many apps preloaded. A little too busy, otherwise an amazing computer!

This seems to be a good machine so far with no problems. I wasn't sure about the AMD processor at first but it has been fast and responsive so far. Hope it keeps up the good performance.

Nope, it's not the fastest, but it's not the slowest. It's a great machine for the money.

This 2-in-1 notebook/tablet is a great looking device -especially for audio/video with an excellent screen almost flush to a minimal bezel and a great resolution -not to mention the speakers. However, the old-school harddrive spindle is noisy; we returned the first unit and now the second one is starting to make the noise so not sure if we will keep this device which functions well in all other aspects for the price we paid.

very pleased with the product. Easy to set up and use. We have purchased HP in the past and trust their reliability. Cannot say the same for Windows 10. It leaves a lot to be desired.

This is a great laptop. I bought it for my husband and he loves it. It has face recognition which he loves. It’s not the newest version but he’s definitely put it to good use.
