    I bought this at a bargain at Best Buy and I'm overall really glad with the computer. It is fast, beautiful and sleek and has great performance. It is a bit on the heavy side - not a problem if you consider the quality of the carcass. The battery, tho, is a huge problem. I got the computer expecting from 7 to 8 hours on battery, as the salesman sold it to me. However, when I first powered the computer, I was getting from 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours on battery. I contacted HP, updated the BIOS, restored the computer and nothing. I was about to give it back to HP when I decided to try to deactivate the HP CoolSense program that comes with the it and was constantly running. Worked like a charm - now I'm getting around 5 hours on battery life. Not ideal, but closer to what people have been reporting here.
