I have used my computer for quilting and sewing software with my quilting machine. It was great to not have to worry about it not matching up. It also works with my scan and cut machine.

My touch does not work,. so I have to restart the computer each time for it to work.

Great computer but the keypad was really slow to respond. Too slow for what we wanted. Had to return it. Returns were really easy. Thank you Best Buy.

I got this laptop and I was so happy to get it but then suddenly after 2-3 weeks of having the laptop it wouldn't fully turn on. It was on but the screen was just black, and no matter how many times I turned it off and on it still wouldn't work. When I took it to geek squad, they asked if I had any warranty and I told them I just have the one it came with and I had bought it less than a month. Then the person couldn't find the warranty or that I purchased it so I showed the person the receipt. Then the person looked at my computer and saw there was a small dent on the side and said that's why it isn't working. Then proceeded to tell me that they can send it off to see what is going on and to fix it but that it will cost me around $1,000 which was way more than I paid for it. It was just a bad experience and a waste of money because I couldn't return it or anything. I had a laptop that got Two milkshakes spilled on it and dropped a lot and that computer lasted me around 10 years, but one small dent on this computer and it breaks. So if you get this laptop be extra careful or one small scratch or dent will mess up your laptop.

The laptop/ tablet seem to be a good product. I thought it would have an illuminated keypad but it don't.

Way too loud. Gets very hot. Poor Laptop. Definitely would take back if I could

We purchased the laptop for my son for college. It has been mostly helpful.

It is very easy to operate and update. User friendly .

Not what I expected by any means! Not horrible though!

I purchased the first one of these and took it home to set it up. It wobbled on the table. I did some searching on line and found that others have had the same problem. So I took it back and exchanged it for another one. I had them take it out and it did the same thing. It seems to wobble on the case where the battery is located. I decided to switch to a Yoga. Best Buy was great about the whole exchange. Love the Yoga - have been using for a couple of months now.

didn't realize an automatic windows update would put this laptop out of commission. infamous black screen just after sign in. search of issue shows others having same issue, perhaps can solve if somehow can get into system configuration and disable app readiness (not easy to do when you have a black screen). this was daughters computer and had the issue night before first class of freshman year at college. wanted it for internet, email, excel & word, etc, didn't dream we'd have to debug the thing after benign windows update, should be able to handle those. .

Going for another brand next time! Have to replace these every two years. This one is six months and makes noise like a washing machine!! Ugh!

Bought this computer for my daughter. She dropped while it was in a case and put a small dent by the USB port. Rendering the laptop completely useless. Cost to repair $400.00 while the purchase price was mid $500. Decided to get it repaired and that was a terrible mistake. Took HP two months to repair with their express service and about 10 hours of my time on the phone.HP customer service is outsourced and they can only talk from a script. They are clueless and follow up is horrible.Advice Do not buy any of their products!

Laptop shuts down while I"m using and restarts, can only unlock by facial recognition and photo password. Pin, password and facial recognition alone doesn't work any more.

I'm not really able to rate this product at this time as I have only used it to read my online homework. I still have yet to learn and explore other things I can do.

This is the worst computer ever. The first one I bought wouldn't even start-up. I exchanged it for another one. My second one started up but it is super slow. Sometimes the windows close when I don't even click on anything. Web pages will change without me clicking on anything. Other times, it takes several clicks to get it to change. Very inconsistent.

My HP Envy is terrible. Always a blank screen when I try to turn it on. It's very slow and doesn't hold a charge longer than 1-2 hours.

After owning this laptop for 3 weeks windows requested an update. I accepted and installed. Laptop touchpad and keyboard stopped working. Geek squad was unable to trouble shoot or fix so it had to be returned.

Great computer with a great deal to bad the computer wasn't working properly will return and exchange for a new one
