My new computer jumps all over the place, jumps to ads and articles that I didn't click on, drops the article that I'm reading, changes the font size, freezes when I try to scroll down the article, has run-away scrolling, drops the internet connection, deletes email that I didn't click on, etc. Need I go on?

Did not find out until after I made purchase that the HP name brand will shut down laptop while doing an upgrade.

Purchase 8/25/17. Was great for 2 wks. It seems to have a problem with updates from Microsoft which causes a black screen after login. This update issue was corrected. Black screen still a problem, it takes 15 mins for it to load to main the screen

Totally unsatisfied with the purchase. The laptop makes noise and freezes.

runs pretty hot and is a lot slower than expected. Not worth the price

Very slow, brought it back to the store. Windows 10 is awful!!!!

This computer is already messing up! It will not come on the first few times I cut it on!

There is no longer anywhere to put disc and I can not load my wireless printer

Computer stopped working and would not start up. Talked to Geek squad and they were unable to help due to not being able to get online. Has not worked correctly since purchase. Returned it to store within two days and they were able to help then. Taking it back when I return from trip.

Got laptop yesterday and it is very very slow. I can't even work on this. HD spec says 7200rpm but it is looks like 5400 and keyboard and mouse stopped working. I am not sure what is the problem. I have to return this.

Had to take it in for repairs after less than 1 month. Issues with preinstalled software. Takes a very long time to load desktop and very buggy.

Product was defective and wiped out my music library after I added it. Would not recommend it at all.

It looks great, however it's suck at software upgrade. I let it ran the software upgrade for more than 24 hrs and it was still running so i had to terminate the process.

HORRRROR OF HORRORS!!!! Not only did my NEW laptop self destruct within 5 weeks (thankfully???!!!???) , the new one that was supposed to replace mine CRAPPED OUT TOO!!!!

Worst laptop I ve ever owned. The touchscreen does not work properly and overall Wireless connection kicks me off my work website repeatedly no matter where I’m at.

Not even 2 years and the HD just quit. Now it won't boot, lost all my data. 600$ and won't even last 2 years. Find a better laptop.

I order a laptop with a CD compartment. but this one i received doesn't have it, if there is no cd makes no sense. i will return it

Lasted a year and burned out on us. In a house with 3 other laptops, only one that gave us problem.

Computer is really good. Super fast and transitions to tablet very smoothly. Makes as good college laptop for anyone that wants the laptop/ tablet combo. Definitely recommend you get the pen with it as well.

I bought this computer because my HP from 2013 broke, which I absolutely loved and I might add that it didn't die on its own but fell off the couch. This computer is perfect for anyone in school and not needing anything too fancy (it's pretty fancy though) or expensive. I bought it for $649, and for the specs, it is a very reasonable price for what you get. Pros: Price beauty- dark ash silver sleek lightweight display- so clear and 15.6 inch screen is more than enough 2 in 1 feature- cool, but I really don't utilize it keyboard- perfect for what I need and has backlight cons: slow- just a bit, but enough for me to mentally make a note of battery life- decent, but not the best I've only had this laptop for a couple weeks, so these are my initial thoughts. Overall, I absolutely love it and couldn't be happier!
