It is easy to use. Love the touch screen and being able to lay it flat. Good screen area for viewing movies.

I like the way the computer looks and how light and thin it is. Really the only thing I find annoying is how long it takes to start up sometimes. But, I've heard thats because of windows 10 updates.

Works good so far and quick download to do it on your own. I need to get used to some keys for keyboard that has dual function. I need to get used to the drawing pen that is an extra accessory.

We were looking for a new laptop for home use and chose this one. It's fast and I like the back lit keyboard.

I bought this about 1 year and 8 months ago. It worked great at first, I loved it. After 6 months I had an issue with the battery, the laptop overhearing, shutting off randomly, and the screen just blurring/pixelating green. I sent it back to get fixed through HP and they communicated to me well, and fixed my issues. My warranty is up by now. The laptop is slow constantly, battery life is horrible, and gets pretty hot. I feel like I already have to buy a new one and I spent almost $1000 on this. Other than that, I love that it’s touch screen, the 360 degrees is great, and it’s even better if you have the pen.

HP is making a fine-looking product these days. I hope their technical support is improving because that is the one area I hit them hard. Aside from the support, these laptops perform great with the AMD Ryzen 5 processor. After Windows update 1709, you will need to reinstall the 3D DriveGuard because it doesn't survive whatever Microsoft does to the system.

It was time to upgrade my old laptop and this was a great choice. Slim more than enough speed.

This hp envy looks elite and it's black ash color is awesome. After deleting some start up program it's quite impressive. However some time it's noisy and this one does not come with SSD.

This is a great computer, types well is great on the eyes for visual display and the speed is fantastic!

I bought this laptop for the memory because it was bigger than my previous one and I love it. The only thing is that every once in a while when using an app it freezes. A little disappointed about that, but all in all, its a good buy.

While it's not the fastest laptop (due to the hard drive), it's a great setup. The addition of Windows Hello, touch screen, and it's convertible to a tablet. Though it's HUGE. The keyboard takes some getting use to, but I can adjust
