The laptop has a sleek design and is lightweight, so it makes it easier to carry around. However sometime the screen glitches when you flip the laptop

I was in need of a laptop and printer and was able to purchase what I wanted quickly. The salesperson was knowledgeable, personable and competent.

It's been a good laptop for work and personal storage of documents such as MS Suite docs. Speed is good as well.

Everything is great with the computer but I've been experiencing a sticking "E" key. Meaning sometimes when I press the key it doesn't type.

This has been the most amazing lap top I have ever owned ! The processor is fast the resolution is next to perfect I recommend this lap top!

This laptop is good for those who need a convertible laptop. Note, it does not have an ethernet port for wired broadband.

I am coming from a 4 year old Envy laptop and had a great experience with that machine even though it was a brick lol! This laptop is absolutely gorgeous in every way and light years ahead of that older machine. I really wanted the SSD and shopped everything but kept coming back to this device because of the design and price. Almost pulled the trigger on the surface laptop but have absolutely no regrets going with this instead. Its super fast once I did all the updates and removed the bloatware including McAfee. Love the display, backlight keyboard, track pad, connectivity and the B&O speakers are terrific! I am very happy with this purchase!!!

love the 360 design, but not one much for AMD and the traditional HDD. but does the trick and was a good price.

I've had this machine for a couple years now and it has been working well. Better than its predecessor.

Great laptop with awesome resolution. It functions well. It is a bit of an adjustment with the newer windows, but learning it everyday.

I needed a computer for basic document uploading, text editing, and video conferencing and it had performed all three tasks very well.

I didn't expect the special pen for the screen to malfunction so early. When I get home at end of semester I'll have to bring it back.

This is my first 2 and 1 laptop and couldn't be happier! I use it to edit all my photos in Lightroom and Photoshop. With the use of a smart pen it has reduced the time I spend editing my photos. Picture quality is amazingly sharp and it is lighting fast. Would highly recommend!

This computer had everything I was looking for in a new computer. Enough memory, perfect sized screen, fast processing. A reasonable cost

Had to replace an old Toshiba laptop and chose the Envy x360. I've been extremely happy with it

I like it but it is really HUGE. Not a complaint, but something to think about if you use it in tablet mode this can be cumbersome

I recently purchased a new laptop from Best Buy. The laptop has performed without issue and I am very happy with its' performance.

Works great except for the touchy touch screen that has to be restarted or recalibrated.

I was in the market for a new laptop for work. I spend a lot of time on my laptop when I'm on client sites and remote offices, but I don't spend a lot of time away from a power outlet. This is key as this laptop does have a shorter battery life than many in its size and class. I manage around 5.5 hours before I start looking for an outlet, but this is not a major issue for me, or likely anyone else looking for a 15" laptop. Major strengths of this machine are the solid build quality, good size and stylish appearance. Speakers are better than most, but not the best I've heard. They are loud enough though which is nice, my last laptop was so quiet that I could barely hear it from 5 feet away. I know the screen gets bad reviews, but I haven't found it particularly bad at all. It doesn't quite match my 1440p LG ultrawide for color accuracy, but it is a lot better than the TN panels you find on a lot of other laptops in this price range. It may not be as bright as some, but if you typically work indoors then it will be fine. Definitely wouldn't want to use it on a patio in the sun, but I've never once used a laptop outdoors in the sun anyway. The processor performance is quite good for a mobile chip. It easily outpaces the i7 6600u in my personal ultrabook (XPS 13). A little more than 8GB of RAM would have been nice, but again, this thing is $1000, solid aluminum and has a decent smattering of other parts. Do yourself a favor and do a fresh install of Windows with drivers directly from AMD. It solves a lot of little issues and only takes 20 minutes. First thing I did when I got it home was tear it apart to replace the 7200rpm HDD with a SSD. As soon as I had the back off I stopped, dumbfounded. There on the left hand side (looking from the bottom with the hinge away from me) was an empty PCIe M.2 slot. I looked at the SATA SSD in my hand and quickly stuffed it back into its box. A quick trip to the computer parts store with Express in its name and I had myself a new NVMe drive. Disabled secure boot, wiped the factory HDD using the Windows installer and loaded up Win 10 on the M.2 drive. I can't believe this system supports two storage drives, very cool and very useful. A 128GB boot drive combined with a 1TB spinner makes for an excellent all around work laptop for very little extra money. The keyboard is quite nice, backlit and decent feel. I hate the arrow keys, but I hate them on every laptop so that's just my own personal issue. I am on the fence with replace the right 'ctrl' key with a second |\ key. Works well for programming but kind of annoying for other purposes. So yeah, decent machine and some small changes make it an absolute monster for productivity.

This belongs to my husband so I haven't been on it at all. But he did say that twice its had a glitch. Not sure of the cause.
