This is the best laptop I have ever owned. It's fast, reliable and the screen resolution is one of the best on the market. And the 360 feature is great for taking notes in class.

This is a very nice laptop. I purchased it for our General Manager and have spent a bit of time setting it up. The screen is fantastic and the AMD R5 is very peppy. It has a solid feel.

I’m starting to think I might’ve gotten a dud, because the hard drive was incredibly slow and almost always showed 100% disk usage in Task Manager. I ended up taking it back and getting a refurbished HP Spectre x360 (the Lexus compared to the Toyota), which has an SSD, and I couldn’t be happier.

I have the most current laptop and I really enjoy the options on it

I've had this laptop for 2 years; whilst I had 2 bad hard drives under warranty and I had to superglue my R key back on it's been reliable otherwise

Good experience all was explained ,sales per was very knowledgeable.

We purchased the laptop/tablet for small business purposes and it has done nothing but make things easier. Being able to swap to tablet mode in seconds does wonders for our POS.

The screen keeps going gray and I have to restart the computer.

Powerful laptop but not too heavy for my teenager to carry in her backpack every day. It has everything she needs for a successful high school career without breaking the bank.

Returned shortly after purchasing after being lied to by a Best Buy associate who was trying to make a sale. It’s probably a decent computer.

I mostly like this device. Initially it was very noisy as the fans stayed on at full speed no matter what task I was doing. After quite a few Windows and driver updates it was very pleasant. Very quick and snappy for the type of computer that it is. But there were still bugs with the graphics drivers. The main one comes when resuming from sleep. Every time I immediately saw a BSOD with an error like GRAPHICS_TIMING. Another issue was the software would blacklist programs that uses graphics like Netflix, Hulu and other video player apps. So most times when trying to watch a video the audio would play but not the actual video. So after two weeks of researching and trying to fix the problem I just returned the laptop. It's unfortunate because I actually liked it outside of these issues.

We bought this pc for my 7th grader. He can do all the things that require current technology for Internet tech generation kids.

Brought for a friend daughter and she loves the computer.

I bought this for my daughter's 25th birthday and she loves it! She loves the light up keyboard, the screen picture quality, and how you can reverse flip to a tablet.

This does all I need and it's a great value for the price.

My husband loves his laptop, he needed for work. His co-workers are jealous, because his HP works better than the company computers. He loves the facial recognition.
