    I pick this laptop refurbished. I was excited have a touchscreen and laptop. The functions didn’t work as well as I had hoped I ended up returning it to days later. It was a bit laggy as well

    Bought used and had nothing but issues. It was slow and seemed like it had a virus out of the box. Couldn’t get on to certain websites etc. returned right away and had no issues with the return.

    I love my laptop but it has been freezing a lot for it to be a brand new computer. So I will be taking it back to the store for it to be looked at if nothing can be done i want it swooped out.

    So I love how big and light it is, and it flips around to become a huge tablet! But I've had issues connecting to a wifi saying there isnt a wifi connection when there is.
