    really disappointed in robustness of laptop. drive is constantly at 80-100%. i know some of this is windows, but drive is always struggling to keep up. Wireless card, keeps dropping connection. Have to move closer to router, didnt have this on prior HP laptop. Constantly getting messages about power supply being underpowered. Its the supply that came with it. HP sent new one to appease me, but didnt stop messaging. Either beef up your purchase or move to another vendor

    The camera has had a lot of issues, which makes the facial ID login not work most of the time. And I never use the touch screen feature.

    This laptop may be great for some NOT me. I like the touchscreen and fold back feature. It’s slow and constantly has pop ups (computer /HP pop ups). It was a waste of my money. I have never been able to get basic use from it. I don’t think I will ever buy HP again. Adware is absurd. Removed as much as I can.
