Quick and easy set up. Very pleased with the touch screen feature and back lit keys for working in low light. Wish the laptop was a little lighter in weight, but overall very happy.

This two-in-one laptop/touchscreen tablet is a great value. This is the 2nd HP Envy laptop I have purchased this year. I liked mine so much, I bought this one for a family member. It was easy to set up and is easy to use.

I love, love, love this laptop. It's easy to use, the graphics are great, quick start-up & downloads and I've had many apps open at the same time and the system has never locked-up or slowed down on me. I love it!!!

I got this laptop for sale ($649 ) from Bestbuy . So far so good . We have now HP Spectra , Envy & Pavilion , all are new & we are happy with all 3 computers . Before we had 2 Sony’s high end laptops . Very bad ...

Fast, lightweight and I like the size and feel. Screen is nice and bright. Will see how it is in the long run. I've only had this laptop for a month and so far so good.

This laptop comes with Windows. My first desktop had Windows also, and it is an HP. I felt like I was making the right choice in purchasing this laptop. My desktop is over 15 years old and the times have changed and new operating systems have been added to the mix. I now use Google on my Xperia XZ Premium cellphone, and I'm more comfortable with it, so I probably should have gotten a Chrome book or maybe even the Pixel instead of cramming the Google system onto my new laptop. Granted, this laptop has the room with SSD but the set up would have been easier and I feel the anti virus software that comes with Google is a better buy. I guess in these times, hackers have become more sophisticated and a anti-virus protection system for most laptops is probably going to be expensive. It's too late to return my laptop, so I'll just have to work around the issues and next time get more into the operating system capabilities instead of getting excited about SSD.

Purchased as a replacement for my husband's 8 year old HP. This is as fast as my Mac & to be honest, I'm a bit jealous. Although I'm not a computer geek, I do like the Photo program on this better than my Mac's.

I bought this computer less than a month now and so far it has been perfect, it's very fast, quiet and easy to use. I like the fact that the keypad has backlit option which makes it easier for me to use it in the dark.

My daughter got this computer for college and has been using it for the past month. It has worked great for her. It has been easy to use, fast processing, and has some unique features that are beneficial. She loves it.

I Like the touch screen and the back-light keyboard. The display in the store showed the pen with the laptop, and the display card did not say the pen was not included, which was disappointing when I opened the box.

Love this new HP Envy laptop. I waited way too long to get a new laptop. Nice larger touch screen and compatible with my HP printer. The staff/Geek Squad were very helpful and timely in getting my new laptop set up.
