Upgraded from a 8 year old computer with Windows 7, and was not familiar with latest setup requirements for Windows 10, and it took time for me to figure out that I didn't need to have a Microsoft account to use computer. Computer and Software makers need to realize that 60 year old customers aren't always as tech savvy as 20 year olds.

However, my speakers are making funny noises, the thing gets unbelievably hot and the fan is the loudest I've had in years. Touchpad is a little too big for my liking and left and right buttons are not clearly distinguishable. I may keep it, cause I don't have the time to search for another.

Great battery life; great screen resolution; great processing speed; great performance. I am not into graphics and cannot opine on that. Great fingerprint reader. But no DVD tray, and limited inputs.

I'm currently a College student and I couldn't be anymore happy with this purchase. I love the way I can do multiple things at a time. I thought I was going to struggle reading the book online, but with the sketch, it takes a screenshot and you can highlight or add your own notes. It's awesome !!!!
