HP got this one right. Starts up fast, no lag when using, keys press easily and the keyboard back-light is great, looks awesome. I've used the flip-over feature, too, and that is handy with the touchscreen. Don't have a single negative, if I were to make the ideal laptop it would be this, plus a bit more file storage.

The features, size and price this is a great laptop.

This versatile 2-in-1 laptop has almost all of the desired bells and whistles a regular user can ask for. On top of that the optional stylus pen at a big discount, to make it easier to "play" with this computer. Plus a first class sound system. Size and weight make it the ideal multitask laptop to carry in a backpack.

Got other computers looked at and hard drive changed on an older desktop by the geek squad, all working good. Just did not care for the push to use Webroot software, a few years ago the push was Micro Trend virus protector and had trouble with that one. We get Mcafee with a free download from Cox and it is a better package.

Not really a Windows fan, but HP has managed to put together a decent machine here. Solid, light weight and offering some good features. Only complaint is the still-overloaded-with-garbage system full of useless apps, etc. The computer itself is decent, plug and play, and has windows 10.. If you have to go Widnows, this is a decent choice.

Her original laptop got broken ... I don't remember. She chose it because it had the calculator on the keyboard. And she played Minecraft, ROBLOX and Discord on it. Since then, I didn't hear her complaining. Must be good!

Fast loading, light weight, love keys and lights..

Laptop is very beautiful, has decent fast speed. The only drawbacks are the bottom side rubber that came off within 2months and therefore leaving less / no space for air passage, and screen bezel is very thin and making screen quite exposed for getting damage if not used carefully.

I use this laptop for personal and business applications. I edit a good amount of documents and make notes right on the laptop. Tablet mode works well with my editing applications. Battery life is good but could be a little better. I love how slim it is and yet has all the necessary ports. Very durable and a great value!

I love my new HP laptop. Everyday I am learning new tools to help with my school work and everyday I figure out a new trick that my laptop can do. The gentleman that worked to help me pick out this laptop was very well versed in all the products Best Buy had but when I kept coming back to the HP he was just as helpful.
