Great laptop for the price. Easy to use and set up

I really like the lighter weight, my older one is a little heavier. I like HP laptops!

I can't complain, ... my motherboard and hard drive went kaplooee on my other laptop, so I ended up getting this one, ... and luckily, Best Buy managed to salvage most of my crucial files from my old laptop. But so far, everything is working fairly well, ... and I hope to get some good years out of this laptop.

The computer is great for college students and any one who need an easy computer to use.

Good move from tablet to this computer. Like having a keyboard as well as touch screen.

This is my 3rd laptop and I am very pleased with the speed and ease of use. A decent sized keyboard is important for me and this works well. There's been a learning curve but not too bad - I'm sure there are many functions I'll never use. I do wish there were more written booklets for information.

Lightweight, easy to navigate and good features for a laptop.

My first one had hinge trouble, breaking in just 13 months. The design on this model is better with stronger hinges, altho I have to baby it, too. Hopefully it will last longer than the first. When the hinge popped, the screen cracked and the touchscreen was worthless. I will recommend, but only if you know that it is still a chancy design.

Great laptop. Pretty nicely loaded. Great performance. Look at the specs - it should be pretty good. And it definitely is. At the same time, it comes at a great price. Of course, you can find more powerful and more gaming oriented machines, but for a daily use laptop this has all the performance I need.

This is my third laptop I purchased over the years from Best Buy. Th e first I gave to my Daughter and the second to My Grand Daughter, and this new Envy x360 I am using. The first two were Toshiba. This new HP Envy is proving to be a much better product and I'm very pleased with it's performance.

Good for most of my uses, but i was a little disappointed in gaming capability

This is a great laptop. It starts up quickly and the screen is a nice size. I love the tablet conversion feature and touch screen, it is very responsive. It is a little expensive but I believe it is worth the cost. I would recommend it.

The laptop has been a great addition to our office. The only problem that I have is their is no eithernet connection on the device. The WiFi I have isn’t the best and have trouble connecting to or getting enough bars.

This laptop is a very average laptop with above average speeds. WiFi was a hit or miss and sometimes would cut out. The thing that made me get rid of this computer was that the fans would always be on full blast and the laptop would get very warm, almost too warm to touch. I don’t recommend this

I love the Laptop, more than I thought I would. I'm still learing all of it's hidden gems. I wish that I thought to check to see that it did not have a cd/dvd drive before needing to purchase one to be able to use it for my needs, or at least a coupon for purchasing one after i bought the laptop.

Great all round laptop, sleek design, responsive touch screen and awesome speakers. The only reason I returned it was because of the disappointing battery life. Barely 4 hours of normal continuous usage. For that money I should be able to get at least 8 hours of juice. Other than that it's a great laptop.

I've been quite pleased with it so far. It does everything I need it to do and not too much that I don't want, just a few pop ups here and there offering things I don't want or need, but perhaps others might. The graphics are good, it's pretty much completely silent which is nice, and I paid for the Geek Squad support so they transferred all my data which was fantastic
