I bought this laptop so that I could have my own computer with my own password that keeps everyone else off of it. I love the HP products. This replaced the Dell laptop that I had loads of issues with the entire time I had it. So far very pleased with my HP.

Great keyboard, and love the touch screen. Overall very nice laptop.

battery life isn't what i expected, but over all it fits the purpose.

I did lots of research before buying this lap top for grad school and I have no complaints so far. If you're not a gamer and dont need to run a lot of programs than save yourself a couple of hundred dollars and go with something with an i5 processor like this lap top offers,

I am so pleased with this laptop! I started graduate school this semester and needed something faster than my old one. It does everything I need it to do! I can access multiple features quickly. I am so glad I chose this one!!

We *LOVE* our new laptop, realizing we love having the best laptop! My husband just loves this laptop, he is so glad his other laptop finally gave out, however with GEEK SQUAD they also repaired that so we have an extra one when the grandkids come over. HE LOVES his new laptop!!

We have two of these now and they are great every day computers. If you try to install to much they do seem to get a little testy with multiple apps running. For the most part when I work remote running a VDi and multiple programs through that it performs flawlessly but when I use multiple installed to the computer it isnt as happy about it.

beautiful picture quality. amazing battery life. 1 full charge can last a few days of light work on the computer. Pretty easy install. j like the tablet feature as well. overall my favorite computer so far. worth the money

I have owned a note product since the Note 2 and this one gives you all you hoped for and more.. I feel the Note 4 and 5 were fairly comfortable but this one steps a game up a lot. If you're an Android lover and looking for a phone that out Powers Apple across the board here it is

I went to Best Buy not sure which laptop to buy. I went a couple of times & each time I got a lot of help & advice. I am very happy with this Dell laptop. I felt I did not need the XPS model. This was sufficient. I also highly recommend you shopping at Best Buy. They are terrific!

This computer works well for combining my computer and tablet needs.

I went into Best Buy looking to purchase a laptop that was on sale, salesman talked me into this one for just $50 more then the one I seen in the Best Buy ad. It has way more features and free software. Absolutely the best laptop I’ve ever purchased! So easy to operate!

Not too heavy for the size . Vibrant screen . Worked as described.

Did a lot of research before deciding on this laptop. One thing I found is (for me), there isn't a perfect model. Very easy to set up and get underway. Set up wifi and it works well. As a novice, I like this laptop.

This computer does everything I need and if I was a computer guy it would do all that too. I got a great price on this, how could you say no? I do like the fact that you have a few options on how to use this unit. When I get more skilled I won't have to upgrade.

Loaded office 2019 and it's ready to go. Pretty quick compared to my desktop computer made four years ago. It fits in the Thule 15" case with no worries. Can add an SD card for additional memory or use an external hard drive. Got on sale $699, so good.

I needed a laptop for personal/home use since my previous one crashed. With this laptop, I'm able to use wifi to stream TV shows and movies, type documents, read books, check my email and so on without any problems. It's exactly what I needed for my everyday!
