Very good laptop, everything we need, easy to navigate. The only issue has been the mouse which tends to get stuck occassionally. Have tried a different mouse and even took it in. They couldn't replicate the problem.

I went in thinking about get an Apple laptop but quickly changed my mind when I saw everything this laptop had to offer. All the features are wonderful and perfect for what I need for my career, and it was cheaper than an Apple product.

Starts up fast, vivid screen and nice sound. Happy purchase so far. I can type without squinting at the screen and watch movies on Netflix, Hulu and with the LG optical drive I purchased to go with this self reward for a hard year at work.

Well built, has all the features one would expect in a laptop in it's price range and then some. Honestly it's a huge step up from our previous laptops- this one is for my bride and I plan to replace my own laptop with one as well.

This laptop was purchased for my daughter who is studying business at college. She carries it with her everywhere. She is able to do her homework and watch movies on it whenever she wants.

I've only had this computer for a couple weeks now, but so far it is everything I need. I am attending grad school online and this laptop has been perfect. My old laptop was absolutely terrible, so this is a major upgrade for me. It boots up fast, loads quickly, and has a great battery life for what I need.

She had a budget ASUS laptop that expired. She wanted a step up and something that would be better with digital art. So far so good but she is very much a beginner. Otherwise, she mostly does basic social media and watching youtube.

Purchased this for my daughter for college. She already loves it. Took her a few moments to locate the fingerprint sensor but now she’s all set.

My new HP is a really nice computer but is slow at times and gets alittle suggestive when hovering over areas with on board mouse use. I like to execute with click, but many times the mouse pointer will be hovered over a choice and computer will execute by itself or close files by itself... crazy!!!!

I bought my wife the HP Envy 360 last December. She loved everything about it, especially how quickly it boots up. When my Dell PC died, it was a no brainer to buy this PC again for myself. I am very happy with my purchase.

After a couple of month's normal use, the screen was cracked one day when I flipped it over to close. I knew 15.6 is a little too big for 360-degree flipping. 13-or 14-inch would have been easier to handle. I am going to replace the screen myself. It should be much easier than to replace a screen for iMac.

Very user friendly for older people like me who need graphics that are visible and a screen that is easy to use.

This laptop is basic and not bad for the price. I would have expected it to be up to date on software but I spent 3 hours with tech support the night I purchased it. Come to find out the software was not up to date. That was disapointing.

My experience at the geek squad with my old laptop and the specific feedback that I received in regards to purchasing a new one was great. Very thorough. I still have so much to explore with the laptop and it's capabilities.

This laptop is both fast, has the latest in 2 in 1 Technology, has a great amount of memory and storage. It's sleek, the battery lasts a long time, the sound quality is superior and it's graphics capabilities are superb.

I bought this laptop for working at home and it's perfect for that, fast and able to support all my work's old programs running at once. Plus the fold back feature let's me use an external ergonomic keyboard. Good sound too!

I have a much bigger screen & sharper video images. More varied sound volumes. I now have a wireless printer I don't have to go to the library to print. I'm having more fun!

This HP laptop has a very nice folding screen design I thought I’d never use but I do every day. Should have opted for more RAM and design of back doesn’t allow me to do it myself very easily. Overall I like it a lot.

My wife's old laptop was starting to fail, so we went in search of replacement. We had specific criteria in mind. The sales associate was very helpful, showing us machines that fit our needs by several manufacturers at varying price points. The laptop has worked well so far and meets her needs.

Amazing computer. Does everything I need it to do. Perfect for college classes and homework. Battery lasts for days. Ink compatible screen is perfect. I love this machine.
