original purchase an Acer yoga which had an issue with the graphic connection so return to swap out, replace with HP as the hinge construction is far superior. also the additional SD card slot is great to add storage space.

This laptop is absolutely amazing. It has such great quality to it, and I highly recommend it! I’m starting my first year of college, and I couldn’t be any more satisfied.

Only thing that I found deficient about it was the amount of space left of the touch pad for your hand to sit on and the proximity of Num Lock key to backspace. I found myself hitting it constantly so I opted for 13.3” version of the same laptop. Otherwise it ran great and worked great.

I don't pretend to know enough to evaluate a computer. Just use it for web browsing, email, and lately for work at home. A few annoying issues - the start button is not the usual round button at top of the keyboard, it is on the side by the plug and hard to click on-have to keep pressing mult times to turn on. The touch pad is so sensitive it has wiped out my message or taken me off my site like it has a mind of its own-very irritating. When I first joined online work meetings, I realized the microphone was faulty-a lot of static. I had to switch to an older laptop in order for colleagues to understand what I was saying. Online help just said to buy a plug in mic since Geek Sq was not taking in repairs.

Still working great! I'm always worried about windows machines but this one is actually pretty good. It gets tasks done and great for simple browsing and writing.

Excellent choice for a laptop. Had to buy on the fly as I am a business owner and needed computer capabilities ASAP. The Best Buy Tech was amazing on keeping me on budget and also a quality product.

I needed update from older i3 and with the ssd drive the computer loads fast up and running in seconds. I use it to edit photos works great loads 75 to 100 pictures extremely quick love it very happy with it

Great start up speed thanks to the SSD. Screen is brilliant and crisp. Customization is easy and the ability to use as a tablet is awesome. Only con: fingerprint reader is along the side so it's a bit awkward.

After a year of use I love this computer. Great balance of weight & screen size. I love how the screen is viewable from all angles, and the SSHD, while not as large as conventional HDs, has performed flawlessly. The built in speakers have good sound quality for a laptop.
