Only two USB ports? I use an external DVD player, a cordless mouse and a cooling device so I had to buy a usb hub. No big deal. Otherwise, I love this laptop and will still give it five stars.

With Windows 10, and memory to spare, this lap top is exceeding my expectations, but I have only had it one month. A very good first impression.

This was recommended by the rep at best buy for using at work. Had all Ive been looking for. The track pad is sensitive and no extra Left right bottom buttons but does the job. Need to work on it a little more to see If I like the rest of the features.

I didn’t want to spend over $1k for a top of the line laptop, and didn’t want a basic one either. This computer is perfect, with premium features that you won’t see in a basic laptop.

This was my first 2-1 ever and I was so surprised by all that it could do. Whether you are in college or into placing pc games all night I think this should serve all those needs.

This is the first Laptop I have ever purchased. I have ony had it for about a month. So far I am very pleased with it. I love the fingerprint log in and the memory card reader. The only thing it doesn't have that I wished it did is an optical drive.

I am typically a Mac person but needed a Windows-based computer to run QuickBooks. I like that this computer has a 10-key pad as well as a big screen. The only issue I’ve seen so far is that the fingerprint sensor only works about half of the time.

The is a nice laptop to use for a new college student. My son needed a laptop for class this was the perfect gift. Battery life is much longer than most computers. Easy to use and store.

Bought this computer for my daughter who just graduated from high school and is entering her freshman year of college. So far, this computer has exceeded all expectations. Would recommend.

Great computer. Solid state drive is super fast. turn on and turn off both less than 10 seconds. Screen and sound quality both significantly improved over my previous 2015 HP model.

The computer is great. I have not worked through all the upgrades from my previous computer to this one but once I get a better working knowledge I'm certain I will greatly enjoy it

I bought this when I started college and I thought it would be a good computer at first but its battery does not last as advertised and also the screen is too glossy to use in a place where there is a lot of lighting. The processor is slow so if you have OneDrive installed and Chrome running it will start to slow down and it will heat up if you charge it while you use it. The build quality feels very premium but I would skip that part since it is not worth it if your computer will not act like a premium one.

I wish I could remember the young mans name that helped me out. He and I had a long good discussion about the various models. I'm a retired IT person so I have some knowledge. But he was very helpful at the Lufkin store. You need more like him.

This laptop performs very well in the field for our various people that are recording personnel, equipment and materials. The solid state hard drive is key to this environment.

Very good Laptop. Great size, speed, Video Quality, and Solid State Drive is very fast on start up. Only have occasional graphics issues blocking videos from Facebook on the Firefox browser. Might be a setting issue. Other than that I like it.

I bought the HP Envy for my 87 yr old friend. With the help of Geek Squad, she can navigate Windows 10 and isn't so attached to her Toshiba Windows XL. Way to go Geek Squad and HP!
