We needed a new laptop, bought this one as an open box model, best purchase we have made in along time. Great computer, still going strong!!

I wanted a laptop to replace my desktop with something to move around the house, so far so good. Added a docking station which I have not plugged in yet.

Have only had it a couple of months but all is good so far. My son uses it for on-line gaming and no complaints. The keyboard labeling can be a little tough to see under certain lights, even with the keyboard back lit.

I replaced my Sony laptop with this one which does work from any part of my home; whereas the Sony would only work in the living room.

Only after a few months half the keyboard wouldn't work. We took it in and they had to clear the computer and start it over as new. Only a few days later the keys didn't work again. Then they had to send it in to get fixed. They had to replace parts inside the computer. This took weeks and was a major inconvenience to not have a computer. It seemed like they didn't care how long it took. It is working, but we are fearful it will happen again. The money this computer cost this should not happen.

I have the HP Notebook for work and just wanted something a litte different so purchased the Envy and really like it.

We use this for games and puzzles. She also uses it for help with her knitting by making patterns. She also downloads sermons from Ligonier to listen to.

I bought this laptop for my wife, and she wanted something better than the Lenovo she was using. I decided on the HP and she has been very happy with iit.

Great computer, but in less than 6 months hinges began to loosen. Very common issue in this model. Hinges being loose = laptop screen comes apart. Messes with quality of screen.

Perfect laptop for surfing the web and doing school work with the kids. The battery life hold a charge for days.

HP products are solid. This feels premium and performs great for web browsing and working with MS Office. I'll continue to use HP PCs for the future.

I had to purchase a new computer after my old one crashed. This computer is user friendly and easy to navigate. I would recommend this item!

If you're looking to buy a laptop HP is the way to go this laptop literally does it all from being a home laptop to a tablet you get the best of both worlds.

New generation i5 processor, 8GB memory and SSD storage. The ideal combination of modern pieces in a reasonably light notebooks for a 15.6" screen.

I bought this laptop for my niece, she is happy with it, the SSD makes it very fast, the touch screen is precise, overall the laptop is great.

I purchased this laptop for work, which needed specific system requirements. I’m frugal and wanted the biggest bang for my buck. This laptop was perfect.

The HP Envy has been a joy to use after my 6 year old Dell. It has everything I need with the exception of more memory - 16G will need to be managed. Only had for a few weeks so the feedback on unit is limited.

It's an awesome Laptop.It is easy to use and I love the Microsoft 365. The internet is very fast and works great.
