The laptop has done very well for me and is functioning well and start up speed is good and accomplishing all the tasks that I have needed to get done.

I would have never guessed, when I started this new laptop journey a month ago, that I would now be anti Hewlett-Packard (HP). This is especially true considering I'd been a loyal HP user for well over a decade. As I'm writing this, my laptop is at the regional HP repair center. The saddest part of the whole situation is that I've had to return multiple defective HP laptops in the last month. These were different models with different defects, all confirmed and documented by Geek Squad representatives. Which means that it's not just this model, it's all their products. This particular HP Envy 360 model, the 15m-cn0011dx, has touchpad / clickpad issues, rendering it about as useful as a brick with a screen and keyboard. Unless they can pull off some drastic changes ASAP, this will be the end of a computing dynasty. I guess all that's left to say is rest in peace HP.

Love everything about this laptop. It is such a step up from my last one. My office time flies by.

Nice and quick. Startup almost instant. Used geek squad for setup and that went very smooth. Couple of hours.

My laptop bit the dust and I tried using a chromebook; just isn't the same as a full laptop/desktop.
