I had a very difficult time connecting to my HP WI FI printer. HP is supposed to work on the software

I am quite disappointed with the value and wish I went with a different model. Of course it's easy to use, it's Windows. It gets extremely hot, the fan then becomes very noisy, and it is already in need of service. I will then need to borrow another to keep up with work. Hopefully there is a simple fix and I will update if so!

Decent touchpad--which means that a badly designed touch pad can really ruin your day

Day one of purchasing this item, it began making a loud static noise when charging. I even purchased the three-year extended warranty and was supposed to receive this product back sometime this week, now it's backed up all the way until 19 of July due to backed up parts! It's 17 June by the time I wrote this review. I can see why it's so cheap and backed up because everyone is sending these in for labor. HP has always made cheap laptops, they don't even bother naming most of them and rather give them weird name's. Go with something else, everyone is reviewing good things because it is such a beautiful laptop, but don't purchase it. Look up "STATIC SOUNDS WHEN CHARGING".

I only use to apply for jobs. Now that I’m hired and need to use it. It just went black. It’s the second time this happens with a hp. And they told me to buy an expensive one to last. I still think it’s hp making garbage. I love the design. But the product it’s just bad. I’m hoping they will solve this issues. Calling them right now if they can help. Since the first one I bought for them my money went to trash $300 and they told me it wasn’t fixable.

When I first tried to connect to the internet at home after purchasing this computer it wouldn't connect. I called Geek Squad to get help and they said there was an issue with my particular computer and to return it for an exchange. I am purchasing the same one in the hope it will not have any problems. I am not recommending it to a friend because of this computer purchase but hopefully it was a fluke and the new one will work properly.

Glass screen cracks easily if dropped. Do not recommend.

Screen resolution not very pleased. Slow pc I had to return for Lenovo yoga.

This laptop works well for my basic needs. Doesnt seem much faster though

Processor is a bit slow for my liking, great features for the money.

I just my son one for college and two days later this one on sale

Not liking this computer to much. So many hang ups. Window 10 us difficult and also bought the office 365 program when I downloaded it came up with alot of errors couldn't use computer. Said I had a ton of virus on a brand new computer. Cost me $299.00 more dollars to have fixed.

This one is good for school, my son in 9th grade like it.

Will continue to try to learn more about this computer.

I Purchased this computer a few weeks ago. I was using a wireless mouse, and all of a sudden the mouse went dead. Went out and bought new batteries. Didn’t help. So I’m using the touchpad and it is the worst touchpad I have ever used in my lifetime. Boxes keep popping up everywhere, you hit the touchpad and it will not close windows. Beware up the touchpad. If I had not had all of my work files transferred and software set up, spent $300 doing this, I would’ve returned it in a heartbeat.
