Onscreen Keyboard included!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop DOES have an onscreen keyboard, despite that the specs say it doesn't. Click the 'Windows' key, ctrl, O and the onscreen keyboard pops up! Or you can always use the Cortana search field to look for it; just type in 'onscreen keyboard' and it will direct you to how to enable it. I am really happy with this laptop overall. Love the light-up keys, and the Intel i5. Very happy with my purchase.

2-in-1
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I also own a MacBook but I always reference back to this laptop. The screen is big & touch screen! I purchased mine back in 2019 and it’s still up and running very well.

Trackpad does not work--constant problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What is the point of a laptop if you can't use the trackpad? A year after I bought this laptop, I started having problems. Pretty convenient, right? Don't even get me started on the geek protection thing they push on you at the store--I live an hour an a half away from a Best Buy so I wasn't about to buy into that. So I started having problems last summer and I've spent hundreds trying to get it fixed. Some things got fixed, some things didn't. One consistent problem is the trackpad not working. It'll be working fine, then one morning I'll open it up and no trackpad. I spent another $200 trying to figure out why it wasn't working, it got "fixed", then a week later it wasn't working again. Over and over this is happening. I've tried everything from updating the driver to removing the driver and redownloading it, all different things, and occasionally the trackpad comes back for weeks, or even months, and then it stops working again for no reason. The device manager says it's not working properly, but says the driver doesn't need updated and troubleshooting doesn't help. The last time I "fixed" it, it lasted maybe two months and it was because I'd updated the BIOS driver. Half the time when I update a driver and restart the computer it gives me a solid black screen--and then I have to hard restart it until the screen works again. There's only so much I can do. So I'm stuck using a wireless mouse, which kills the convenience of a laptop. It's not like I can sit on the couch and use a mouse comfortably. I got this laptop to try to start a small editing business and you can bet I can't use it for that! It's way too unreliable to do anything responsibly on it. I'm disgusted with this purchase. I loved that it had a touch screen and everything about it seemed so great, but it's been problem after problem since the 1 year mark. Even the HP help desk is incompetent. It's so frustrating that I won't be buying an HP again.

Poor Battery Life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to get this replaced with another one because in the first few weeks of getting it, it would not turn on. Luckily, Best Buy was really efficient about getting me the new one. It's heavier than I thought, and the keys don't feel great when typing, but these are just minor flaws. I am the most unhappy about the battery life. When it's not connected to the charger, the battery drains very quickly.

Bang and Olufsen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty good 2 in 1 except, I got this excited about the B&O audio system. Noticing the average audio quality I looked up the driver and all it had was a realtek driver and not a B&O. Check with HP support who reset windows but gave the same result with no B&O found anywhere on the computer.

Works like a charm ;-)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had some crappy slow laptops before. But I absolutely love my laptop. The only downfall is, that it is a little heavier than I expected. I got if for a good deal/price due to some student discounts... WAY TO GO BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD!!

Broken Screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has been a good purchase until now. Have not owned it for quite 3 years and the screen has come apart from the frame. Now I can't use it because the touchscreen clicks on anything it wants and I can't control it with the mousepad. Asked Best Buy help and they said it cannot be repaired.

HP Envy x360 Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have honestly never said this about any product ever before in my life. I HATE this laptop. The scroll bar on the right doesn't work, Everything I try to do, a screen pops up with things I don't want to do and it blocks and prevents me from doing what I want to do. The way word items are saved is counter intuitive. The screen size and text will change on a dime and is hard to get back again. It is soooo oversensitive, just look at it and it jumps and changes. It is hard to find items I have saved. I HATE this laptop, I HATE it, I HATE it!!!! Wish I had never bought it.
