Upon arrival, it took10 minutes just to get to the pick up desk. Then, the ink they gave me- the last box they had- look like it been sitting on a shelf for two years. Upon installing, surprise! It didn't work! So, I bought ink at Target- great packaging & it worked !

With that said, it seems that I am constantly buying this expensive ink and don't even print much. I literally used a brand new cartridge printing alignment pages and cleaning the printer heads. What a RIPOFF!

We are left disappointed in the amount of ink left after only two print head cleanings. Half of the black was gone while the remaining colors were left at 75%.
