Epson inkjet technology is the BEST. It's a shame that users can't benefit from a recycle credit, like other manufacturers grant. Love the quality; don't think much of customer care.

This product is good the only thing is that the black ink runs out fast. I had to purchase a single black ink cartridge. Ink for printers are way to expensive.

The Epson 202XL high capacity cartridges last a lot longer than the standard one. I'm retired and do not print a lot, so I wish the Black202XL lasted a lot longer. I installed the 4 colors on Oct. 16 and they are already half gone.
