Trying to get a hold of someone through the phone system is time consuming and no one answering the phone has the ability to alter the delivery info. When it was received, I took the package to the store and returned it. I doubt if I will use your delivery system again.

Almost immediately out of ink

After printing maybe 30 pages, less than half of which were in color, the printer tells me the ink is low. I called customer support and they said I might be able to take them back to the store for an exchange which I will try tomorrow.

Bad ink cartridge

NOT Reasonably Priced for VERY LIMITED INK SUPPLY

Good little machine, but cannot adjust to use draft settings, and it eats ink that costs more than for any other model. I have five Epsons. I know.

DON'T BUY

Have only printed about 14 sheets and shows I need to replace ink cartridges!! Paid over $60.00 for this and am going to try a get my money back. DONT BUY....SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEW ON CARTRIDGES!!

Rip-off!

Got a complete “run around” when I called Epson’s toll-free number, They implied that this product was not a “ genuine Epson prodict.”

Not worth it

Page yield not as high, and yet they haven't lowered the price on these. Regardless of how often you use, the printer will use up ink regularly anyways to keep nozzles from drying or clogging.
