Costs more and don't really think it lasts longer than the regular.

This represent a terrible situation! My Epson printer that was only about a year old, went through ink like crazy!! I thought I'd try the XL and they didn't last any longer than the regular ones. For the money... which is tight lately.. I really feel taken advantage of! In fact, this is why I end up getting a Canon printer! Epson failed me. Never before in all the Epson printers I've had but lately the past few years I feel I have been wronged by the Epson company.

Epson 212 Ink Cartridges do not last very long for the money you pay. I will never buy an Epson printer again.

One color was dried out, old package? The other colors ok

This is ok. Seems to use a lot of ink and empties quickly. The main reason for the low rating is also the price of the ink. This wasn’t too bad of a deal for all the colors but still too much for ink. I recommend if it’s your only choice.

The ink does not last very long. After a few prints replacement is needed.

Cost is very high and will not print in Black only if a color cart. is empty.

The quality is very good and delivery is very efficient. Only issue is the product is very expensive.

While the product is very good, it's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY over priced. The 212 non-XL inks sell for about $7 each...so $40 for the Black is pretty ridiculous.

Very expensive for printing 6 4x6 photos I don’t recommend at all better prices are in Amazon and they work just as good as this $70 dollars epson ink compare to Amazon $30 ink and the Amazon customer services are better than Best Buy.

As usual, Epson makes nice printers but always overcharge on ink cartridges with low ink fills.

It’s not about the ink itself. Epson products do the job. The one star is what my local Best Buy store gets for not having what I need in stock two visits in a row when it was time to get ink. It’s kind of pathetic that you can’t keep Epson products in stock.

Quality as promised. Delivery as promised. Ink price slightly higher than competitor's price.

Didn't really like how my colored prints came out might be the printer

As always the price of cartridges is very high, that is not to blame on best buy, it is just the way it is. Best thing to do is to change printer as soon as you can afford one with different technology

Ink is ink. this is what the printer company says to use: ONLY their ink.
