At first, the printer said all the cartridges were full. But when I tried to print, everything faded out. I tried to clean the nozzle and printhead plus checked the alignment a couple of times to ensure everything worked properly. Tried to print some labels out a few times again; they all came out faded or had nothing on the papers. I was extremely frustrated. My dad also bought generic brand cartridges from eBay, so I decided to switch the Epson brand ones out for the ones from eBay. To my surprise, the generic ones are working 10x better than the Epson ones, and they're a lot cheaper. So there's nothing wrong with my printer. Epson needs to do better, especially with the prices that they charge for their useless cartridges.

The printer costs less. I know BestBuy can't help it, but we sure don't appreciate it.
