    Got replacement ink for my Epson printer; then discovered the printing problem was with the printer, (actually the person operating the printer, lol) The ink itself was ok and very easy to install. Also, the associates at Best Buy are very helpful.

    The Epson ink cartridge is a good fit for my printer so there is no struggle to install. I got free delivery and in one day I had the cartridge. Easy to order online and there is always customer service and assistance as a total tech member. thank you for decreasing the cost of total tech renewal; I am disappointed that some of the benefits are being discontinued. Customer Service is consistently a pleasant experience: people-centered, issues are always resolved, and agents are kind, respectful, and willing to stay with customer until the issue is resolved.

    Good ink, and easy to install. But I wish it was cheaper. Also I wish Epson had a better recycling program. They should allow us to recycle or refill our used cartridges. These create a ton of e-waste. I recommend finding a more environmentally friendly company.

    I love this EPSON ink!! No smudges, no waiting for it to dry. Also have great picture prints. Its vibrant and vivid with clean lines, no bleeding... YAHOOOOO!!! Oh I should mention, installing the cartridges, easy peasy!!!

    The epson printer has been excellent. It is very to replace the toner when needed. The toner is very good at not smearing and the black is very black and the color toner is bright
