    I am very pleased with your associates handling the purchase I made. It's only a small purchase but makes me feel good that I want buy more. However, I regret buying an Epson printer. The ink cartridge is so tiny and the printer gobbles up the ink in no time. It also printing irregularly. I purchased the Gicksquat service but I haven't used it. I am enjoying my new computer though! Suzanne
