Way to expensive!!!

Great service , responsible , clean and courteous

I don’t remember if I picked up from the store or this was a delivery due to covid 19 but in both cases I have always been extremely appreciative of the products and customer service Best Buy offer the staff is alway nice, knowledgeable and willing to help.

Ink Fine - Printer Problematic

Had to call company fore assistance. Company is very difficult to reach. Would not purchase Epson printer in the future

Product vs Customer Service

Service adequte but floor personnel seem a tad distracted, personal role playing rather than sales professionalism as being customer attentive. I waited 18 minutes for someone to come to my aid. Sorry, but true.

Epson printer/cartridges

I needed a cheap printer and I got one. ALWAYS CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT HAS AN I/O USB PORT AS THIS ONE DOES NOT.
