Have not needed to install them yet so I cannot properly rate them at this time.

Not long lasting

Epson 212 black ink cartridge

I ordered it about 6 weeks before my cartridge was actually depleted. After I replaced the empty cartridge and installed the new one, my printer indicated that the ink level was about half full. This is a brand new cartridge and is supposed to be FULL! I contacted Best Buy customer service and explained, but was denied a replacement because it was past the 30 days return policy. I’ve been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years, and this is the customer service they provide? WOW! Shame on you Best Buy! I’ll be purchasing all my future ink from another company. VERY DISSATISFIED! Beware to anyone when purchasing ink from Best Buy!!!

Expensive

Resonable cost for Essential Item

Perhaps a large capacity cartidge would be a better buy, however it is esentially double the cost of this one. I don't find that you save any money other then replacement is not required as often. The printer that this fits does use a lot of black ink.
