I took it back and none of the team members were able to help me. I went elsewhere and bought another one and it worked. The product was defective but BB would not replace it.

Epson workforce 2830

The low price of the pr8nter is really offset by the cost of the ink. Wouldn’t recommend it because if this - it feels like a trick.
