Horrible service

I've wasted a lot of money relying on what I've been told was the correct ink, in addition, using the cartridges provided with my new printer, to no avail. When I go to the store, service is horrible.

They are so little and run out so fast plus they never go on sale ever. I regret buying Epson printer instead of HP. They frequently offer sales on ink refills. I'll never consider Epson product in the future neither recommends it to anyone. It's a money guzzler

This people set up the cartridge to prevent the renter working after printing 10 pages to force you buy their products. Good job Epson, but i will through this printer very soon and NEVER buy Epson again.

I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again.
