    When I ordered this on line, I must have gotten a bad batch. After installing the cartriges,the printer would not accept the cartriges at first. The printer finally accepted the new ink cartriges,but was telling me that it showed low ink and to replace cartriges soon. I took it to the store and they were happy to replace it. The new ink works just fine. No more problems.
