    Complaint is that I only got 196 pages from the cartridge (Yes, I marked down each page printed or copied.) There is about one page waring before the ink is gone and unless you have several cartridges on hand, you can be left in the middle of a print job, not able to complete until you can get back into town to Best Buy to get another cartridge.

    This isn't Best Buy's fault, but for the amount of ink and how often you have to replace it in Epson printers, the value is most definitely not there. The quality is good, but I'll be changing printer companies soon because Epson is just way too expensive.
