Too small

I feel these little ink cartridges are not that long lasting. With maintenance and printing, I feel that I have to buy them bi-weekly at most. But thats how all printers are with that utilize the small. For next time. I would rather buy a printer that can support XL cartridges

BestBuy’s customer service disappointed me

It doesn’t mean all the cartridges in the market is like this. However, some of them may be like the one I purchased and there is no other way to understand the problem without using it. I turned this back to the store but they told me they can’t process return for used items which is understandable. I am giving a star to Best Buy’s customer service b/c they mislead me during this process. They told me to go to the store, they will take care of you but they did not when I went. So, I contacted Epson directly and told what the issue is. They asked me tons of questions that I don’t have time to answer of them for a $20-worth item.

Ink doesnt last long
