First they took away the special 15% discount on ink for Rewards members. Then they enacted a policy of only allowing 1 credit to be used on a trade-in (I brought in several old cartridges, got credits, but I could only use 1), and overall base price of the product has gone up. The Best Buy cashier felt my pain and kindly looked up another online site to at least give me a price match.

Epson OEM Quality

When checkbooks out the staff is alway nice and friendly as well as the person at the counter when you are about to leave the store.
