    i have used a non-eom ink and messed up my printer. i went back to this ink and fixed the streak problem.

    The ink is good. I'm glad that amazon sells it and I can get it in two days. It is the same price at other stores, but through Amazon I can get it faster.

    They do not have much ink in them. It seems I change ink much more frequently than any other printer I have ever owned. Other than that they work great

    Good--The product was fine, eventually Bad--It took 4 days for the new computer I purchased to have the data, and files from the old computer transferred. Ugly--when trying to talk to someone by phone about my new computer, I was put on hold or transferred to a continuously ringing telephone line for over an hour twice. Was never able to get to a live person. Had to spend over an hour to drive to store for simple question.
