Ink dry so had to waste ink doing nozzle check

I initiated the head cleaning and nozzle check and after many cleanings it operated as normal. I’m pretty sure this was an anomaly but wasted ink and paper in the process to make it work.

Epson ink cartridges do not have a long life

I wish the cartridges lasted longer -- and that Epson printed in true black. Rather, all colors are mixed together to create black -- which means reduced life for all cartridges.

Expensive and low printing capacity

I buy these once a year because I don't print too much to justify the XL's. Ink goes dry and clogs the header. Need to run the head cleaning cycle now and then.
