I did lots of research. I had for many years and laser jet printer. Although it did a phenomenal job printing the cost of toner was high and ink smudging on the drum was a hassle. Now that I have an inkjet printer these cartridges are very affordable and print very well. I also signed up for the auto refill program which takes having to remember to order more a thing of the past.

Magenta Ink

What's to say? I have two terrific Epson printers--it only makes sense to use the best for the quality I need. I do so much printing, I always (try to) buy High-Yield magenta ink cartridges. (As I write this, I can't help but go back to my old way of thinking--lol--always knew the 'primaries' to be red, yellow, and blue. How the heck did 'magenta' show up in there?)

As you'd expect, this is just like the "regular" 252 magenta cartridge, except that they put more ink in it. It costs more up-front, but the per-print price is lower. And, since there doesn't seem to be a recycling program for the cartridges, it's better for the environment than low-capacity cartridges.

Great color with up. Purchasing the xl high yield is more economical than the regular size cartridge. Also saves time by not needing to change cartridges frequently.

This ink works well with my printer and if you run out of one before another, you can mix all to get the print you need.

Both boxes of ink arrived safely and quickly. They were the correct color and size. They had a good price. I was able to order a large single box of each color instead of the box containing all the colors in it. I had two small blue bottles of ink left from my last two purchases because I didn't use as much blue as I did the Yellow & Magenta. Since August I have used less than 1/4 of the Magenta bottle and 1/2 of the yellow. I use a lot of ink during my various projects.

Ink is ink (I think). Value rating downgraded because the price is extraordinarily high. I chose Best Buy as a source solely based on the loyalty points - otherwise there is no price difference among all sellers.
