If they don't know an answer to a question, they will find out. During this purchase, the black ink cartridges were not on the shelf. I asked one of your people, they checked on the computer and went to the back room to re-stock the shelf. GREAT STAFF!! Thank you.

Epson - 273 4-Pack Ink Cartridges

We have learned that most of what we print can be black & white. Life of color cartridges is extended significantly by just using color print for you want in color.

Good ink, but...

You can only buy a single Black cartridge, or a pack of Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, and PBK (12 vs. 48 bucks). Also, they don't carry increased capacity cartridges. I'm constantly running out of ink and I'd like to be able to replace to colors I need as well as have to option to buy a larger capacity cartridge.
