Very disappointing results

It lasted less than 3 weeks, and I do not print but a page or two at a time and always choose black/grayscale to save on the color. I have had this printer one year and have been very disappointed in how it uses ink.

Bad Cyan Cartridge !

This Cyan must be programed wrong. (Has this happened to anybody else ?). Will have to make trip to return to store.(Got on-line).
