Ink runs out quick

This replacement cartridge will do be able to print about 100 pages. I gave it 3 stars because it’s expensive and doesn’t last long.

Good quality, just not enough

I am having to replace the cartridges frequently, so choose often to print only in black/gray mode.

Sold ink that didn't fit, then refused to refund

The black cartridge does not fit, which I did not find out until I needed to replace the cartridge, which was months later. I opened it, assuming it would fit and Best Buy would not refund my money because I opened it. The employee pulled it off the shelf and sold it to me as replacement ink for that printer! Manager gave me the standard store reply with no consideration whatsoever...I understand it was not done intentionally, but I should be able to rely on the employees selling me the correct item. You need a black XL cartridge, which is sold in a box with the other color cartridges in the 302 size.
