It’s highway robbery having to pay for Epson branded cartridges or having your printer bricked for trying to use a less expensive replacement. I’d give 0 stars but it only lets me go as low as one.

Twice I have replaced both the smaller black ink and the larger one after I purchased them from Best Buy and they do not print. Everything prints except black. I took them out and put them back in and still does not print in black.
